About The Area

Palm Beach

The Island of Palm Beach is a 16-mile long barrier island located 65 miles north of Miami. To the east is the Atlantic Ocean, and to the west is the intracoastal waterway, separating Palm Beach from the communities of West Palm Beach and Lake Worth. The year-round population of Palm Beach Island is 10,000, while the seasonal population extends to around 30,000. Palm Beach Island is also the land mass closest to the Gulf Stream, an area that produces lush gardens, palm lined beaches, and an outstanding marine environment. It is the seasonal home of many powerful billionaires and business magnates from across the United States.

Manalapan

Manalapan, part of a ribbon of land once owned by Harold S. Vanderbilt, is located on Hypoluxo Island, between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal waterway in Central Palm Beach County. Many of its estate-style residences span from the Intracoastal to the Atlantic, and all are located along the prestigious South Ocean Boulevard. Spanning 66 acres and housing a population of 320 residents, Manalapan offers the sublime opportunity to live an exclusive, luxurious waterfront lifestyle. Residents of Manalapan enjoy private club privileges to the EAU Palm Beach Resort and Spa, home to a state-of-the-art spa and fitness center, tennis courts, pools, and beach facilities. Manalapan is also home to the #1 Resort in Florida. Conde Nast Traveler ranked Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa as the #1 Resort in Florida (Atlantic & Keys) for 2015.

Point Manalapan

Located on the southernmost tip of Hypoluxo Island, Point Manalapan was once the private residence of Cornelia Vanderbilt, and is now home to luxury residences, 80% of which are waterfront properties. It can only be described as an ultra-private and tranquil setting, located close to pristine beaches, entertainment, cultural venues, and boating activities. Much like Manalapan, residents of Point Manalapan enjoy private club privileges to the Ritz Carlton Hotel's La Coquille Club. The club boasts state-of-the-art facilities that include a spa and fitness center, tennis courts, a pool, and a beach enclave.

Hypoluxo Island

Hypoluxo Island is part of the exclusive Manalapan-Hypoluxo community, and is nestled in the heart of Florida’s Palm Beach County. Tucked away between the Atlantic Ocean and the intracoastal waterway, the small town is slightly less than one square mile in size. Though its population barely exceeds 2,000 residents, Hypoluxo Island appeals to those who enjoy solitude, but also easy access to entertainment, culture, and dining options. Just a short drive away is the legendary Island of Palm Beach, home to the restaurants and boutiques of Worth Avenue, the international equestrian and polo community of Wellington, and some of the finest golf courses in Palm Beach County.

Gulf Stream

With less than 1 square mile of land and under 1,000 residents, Gulf Stream is a secluded community nestled comfortably between the Atlantic Ocean and intracoastal waterway. Previously ranked in the top 15 of highest income communities, Gulf Stream packs an abundance of wealth within its borders. Palm Beach Island, home to extensive entertainment, dining, and nightlife options, is just a short drive away. The equestrian and polo community of Wellington is also nearby, offering even more entertainment and shopping for local residents.

Delray Beach

The town of Delray Beach occupies 3 miles of eastern boundary across the Atlantic Ocean. With around 65,000 residents, Delray boasts a bustling downtown district along historic Atlantic Avenue, home to restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and more. Its local art shows and other events attract people from all over, and Delray’s array of beachside dining options never disappoint. Delray is entertainment-centric meets beach town, and one of Palm Beach County’s most desirable locales.

Jupiter

Nestled within Palm Beach County along the Atlantic Ocean, Jupiter was recently ranked in the top ten for happiest seaside towns, and for good reason. Its 20 square miles are home to 55,000 residents, who enjoy numerous entertainment, dining, and nightlife attractions in the area. Jupiter is also home to many notable people, including actors and actresses, professional golfers, and more.
